A number of the INLECOM directors are internationally recognised experts in quality management and have participated actively in the development of quality standards.

We follow a methodology extending from business analysis to software development  that ensures customer participation and full acceptance at various key stages. The use of modelling techniques and prototypes allows us to communicate easier with our customers and to establish early on a common understanding of the problem and the proposed solution.

We rely on pilots to tune our solutions and crucially our customers can carry out the tuning, refinement and extension themselves, if they chose to do so.

We measure our success on customer satisfaction.
